    Hello , I have almost the same problem with my DVR i want to reset at all because i can not login to Menu i know all the passwords but when i tybe says you don`t have permission to login. I want to reset hard way . My DVR model is DVR-8016HV please reply ASAP i need very much your Help reply to my e-mail if possible e-mail: besarti_74@hotmail.com
