Good day, does any one knows where i can get guidelines/docs regarding cctv operator training? Regards Cables1

Let me explain. I was asked to prepare training for cctv opeartors. These are people who will be working in the CCTV Monitor room, making observation, writing logs and the likes. I did a little search and found a website that offers this kind of training (not online) which covers the following areas: Role and responsibilities of the CCTV Operator and other CCTV Staff. Codes of practice, Codes of conduct and operational procedures and guidelines. CCTV equipment and its operation. Control Room communications. Dealing with incidents. Surveillance Techniques. Fire and emergency procedures. I need to know where I can find training materials, not basically covers those i mentioned

Are you referring to the CCTV Professional Electronic Toolbox? I agree, but right now I am looking for training materials for CCTV operators

I tried copy the files but when refresh it delete those files. Eclipse sucks it lacks many features. I snet e-mail to support to date no response.

Good day all, I am running Eclipse 2000 server on my computer. The other day someone copied the dat files to a directory rather than run the software backup utility. The original files have been erased by the software. Now I need to view these files but cannot becvause of the incorrect KBD file. Please can any one help.. Thanks much Cables
