hi guys posted before regarding not being able to access my cctv via teamviewer. is there any other way of accessing it remotely appartently the guy could access it before then he had someone come in and now ive been left to sort it out. the capture card software doesnt have any remote access features i contacted the company and they werent much help. took a screen shot of what i get through teamviewer and its the same through vnc and gotomypc and logmein.

hi all I have a pc with a softlogic cctv capture card its all working and recording fine I have installed teamviewer as unattended access which I can access from my laptop but when I go to view the cameras I get a black box but I can playback recordings fine. also tried GoToMyPC and vnc and its the same the software for the cameras is crap but theres nothing sticking out that I might need to check or uncheck. anyone got any ideas?
