Hi I have purchased a second hand DVR DH-DVR0804 but I do not have the admin password. Does anyone know how to come back to factory setting I have only the chose between log in admin or gezer ?? Of course I do not have the admin password or even less the 'gezer' one... Many thanks in advance. Best regards Denis

Hello I have a dvr 1694p-a brand new Bios version 2.608.0000.2 build 2011-5-27 Motion detection mode is set up Problem : the system always detect motion while there is none. Therefore the system akways reccord I have tried to change sensitivity from 1 to 6 Is there any adjustment that i missed Many thanks in advance Denis

I am sure about settings But what i ser is that the video when it is dark is like there was water in it... Maybe this is what detect the dvr as motion.... Difficult to duscribe but maybe the signal is not stable enough? What can we do to stabilize this video signal especialy us dark condition. The camera is bosch true day night Thanks

Hello I have an orher issue with this dvr.... Impossible to reccord in motion detection mode! Everything seams to be set up properlly Reccord manuel is well set up in shedule mode Any idead? Thank you again

Thank you both of you for your help But there is still something i still do not understant. As far as i understood from you it seams that you can generate a password according with the DVR date... If this is true....this should fixe the probleme? Il this possible to get this password with date 15 08 2015 as it is set up right know in this DVR Again thank you

I have tried 000000 and it works fine I have reseted all password and user Now i can not log in as before .... Nightmare! The date now is 2014 08 15 as i have changed it Can you generate a code a this date now? Again thank you for what you are doing?

Not fine cause the fact to remove batterie does not give factory setting back just reset the date to 01 01 2000

I have purchase this dvr has been brand new I put a brand new hard drive in it While i was support to get tree different log in Admin 888888 666666 I only get admin and gezer The assiciated manuel says that password is admin with admin log in which does not work and which is my issue I can not tell you more Many thanks
