I asked you to take a photo. Point where you can see the overview of the registrar and the firmware to it. Very little information. The title did not really is. This is the only picture I have, I took it last time I visited my client. I'll see if can take some more pictures tommorow.

Thanks for the response. I unable to take a screenshot right now as the box is at a remote location. But I can tell you that there is not much to see, its just a popup asking for a username and password. The username is filled in (first name of my client) and the password is blank.

My client would like to re enable the system after a multiple years of not using it but my client forgot the password. I tried contacting support but they wouldn't give me instructions because they need the name of the company who installed it. The problem is that the company who installed the system no longer exists.
