Thanks scorpion, The network work ok, I can see and configure from internet. the problem is the menu chopped and the Languages. With no guarantee it worth the service?

Hello, I have the same problem with my client a CPCAM 560 IDE version working for 3years and today when I gone to his store there is no network menu and only Chinese and dutch language anyone can help me here?

Hello to all, Im new here and glad to find this excellent forum. My problem is that I can't make the auto pan to work on the CPcam CPD 560 DVR which is the same as AVtech AVC 760 model. I can pan and tilt the camera ok and also make presets movements for 1 ~16 but can't make auto pan between two presets can anybody help me? All this with AP software. Thanks

Well I found the answer and the reason is that this function (autopan and many more) is only for their PTZ cameras, the DVR can't do that with PelcoD or other mode.

Thanks for your answer, The Pan/Tilt camera is from VIDO and the model is AU-G20-SC03 PelcoD (and many more) and 2400-9600 baund And something else to understand, the autopan is camera's feature? If the camera can Pan and Tilt but can't autopan can be a conection problem?
