  1. I am unable to access Hikvision DVR through iVIMS android application. I enter the following details to add a device in iVIMS 4500 on my mobile: Device name: ravisandip (I tried with device serial no. as well) Register Mode (IP/Domain): Domain (Since DDNS) Address: www.hik-online.com Port: 8000 User name: admin Password: xxxxxxxxx Chan No.: 8 I am able to access the DVR through external internet on a PC or laptop through HkDDNS (www.hik-online.com/ravisandip). Port forwarding of ports 80, 8000 and 554 is done on the router. When I try to do Live Preview in iVIMS 4500, I get the error 'Realplay fail: Network Connect Failed'. Please let me know where I have gone wrong. My DVR is Hikvision DS-7100 Series (DS-7108HWI-SH). TIA, Ravi
