i would like if there is any place that i can send my robotic domo to repair, or buy the piece needed.

i'm doing a 84 security camara in dominican republic. i've been presently problem with the BNC conection because the video signal from the computer always get loose or tight enough. i would like to know if there is any way that i can use any other conector than BNC to work more effective. thank you

I have two Ultrak PTZ DOME with the video board burned for thunder light reason. It is my concern if there is any place that i can buy these video board or any place that i can contact to send my ptz to repair. thank you
