I'm in Florida, trying to help some folks in Nebraska. Before I left Nebraska, we installed two new Swann cameras (PRO-751) and a new Swann DVR (DVR8-3200). Both cameras came, of course, programmed for address 001. The PTZ controller, necessary to reprogram the address was backordered - thus, I was not able to program the address of the second camera. Since I left, the PTZ controller has arrived. The manager, there, is fairly technically competent - I believe he is following the programming instructions correctly. However, we are unable to get the one camera to take a different address (004 preferred). Anyone have these difficulties programming the Swann cameras? Any help greatly appreciated. G-Jim

Anyone have a source for the controller (an orange box?) and the associated remote control, for the Swann PRO-750 PTZ cameras? We ordered two of the cameras - didn't get a controller with either unit. Need the controller in order to change the camera address on one of the units. The controllers are back-ordered at Swann.
