hi I have just bought a h264 network dvr and have had two dome camera setup on it all working fine. last week I bought a Panasonic wv-cw860a/g ptz and can't get it to respond through the dvr just get video. and the camera goes through its motions when you turn it on I have tried all different settings from the manual but no joy the rs485 connection was cut off im using half duplex connection not sure if I have been connecting it up right. do you use the data transmission + - or the data reception + - wires. and do you need to use the ground wire if so where do I ground it to their is no ground on my dvr. or will I need a controller to get it to work.
