H.264 Connect through iPhone, No Port Option

I bought a similar dvr on ebay here is the link http://www.ebay.com/itm/370852315404?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT I have not been able to configure it on my Iphone , I have open ports 34599,8080 and 37777 , if I put my Ip:8080 im getting access with no problem please help!!! thank you
