  1. Hi all, I am new on this forum and hope that anyone can help me with this question... I am using a 8 channel H.264 DVRs including cameras (AV-KS110). Video-Central Unit / DVR-model is: Neostar 8 ch. MPEG4 DVR recorder with LAN, USB, Audio, Type: HS-02 The stick on the unit says: Neostar DR082Z Firmware is: 1007-1001-1004-1003 Earlier I could easily access the device via webbrowser (IE) and watch the CCTV-stream. Now I get an error message saying: “The device is not supported”. When entering the DDNS adress xxx.ddns.net:4444 i can remotely access the login-page of the DVR and enter username and password and captcha. After that, i receive the above mentioned error message "machine not supported", please see screenshots. (when clicking on "get more details" on screenshot 2 i am redirected to www.eagleeyescctv.com/jump/dvr.htm that leads to a 404 error) I am using Win7 and tried with different browsers (Firefox, IE, Chrome). ANY help, hint, idea how to solve this issue would be really apreciated! Thanks a lot in advance!
