    RESOLVED. Great lady called Fia from JMAV electronics (the manufacturer) helped me resolved this after I called them.

    hello all, i have a JM-9716 16CH DVR and i have forgotten my password. took out cmos battery and thought it would reset unit. tried several pws (111111, 0000000, 11111, 0000, 1234,1111) all with no luck. appreciate any help from someone. many thanks DVR pic http://www.tradeford.com/pimages/s/2/278602.jpg
