I edited the link in the op and it now works.
The quality is OK, not very good at night on some cams.
This install is 2+ years old. $1,500 for 8 cams, dvr, and install in attic.
Whats the difference between analog and ip cameras?
These are the cameras that I have set up with a 8 camera system. I was told by the person who did my install that these were good quality cameras. Does any one have any experience with these or can anyone interpret the specs to say of these are low quality, average quality, or high quality?

I have an 8 camera set up at my home. I am having a problem with the camera quality particularly at night. Some of the cameras are grainy and have little circles all over the picture. Others are pretty good. I have attached a sample photo of cameras 1-4 during the day and the same cameras at night. As you can see camera one is acceptable during both day and night. Camera 2-4 are unacceptable. I can barely see anything.
There are the cameras I have:
Effio-E® : 700TVL Eyeball IR Dome:Eyeball Infrared Camera • Easy to install and adjust
3-Axis : Angle it Anywhere • Great picture quality at night-time
700 Color TVL(960H) • Sony Effio-E DSP Chip • 0 Lux
1/3" Sony EXVIEW HAD II CCD
BTron 9Channel 12V 10Amp Power Supply
8 Channel Real-time Live & Recording DVR System (240fps with 2CIF High-Res)
H.264 CODEC / Pentaplex / HDMI with 1080p / UPnP w 1TB HDD

Camera 2 is mounted under an awning and facing down on the front yard grass.
Camera 3 is mounted under an awning and facing down on the front yard grass.
Camera 4 is mounted on the side of the house and facing down on the driveway.
