Got an 0845 number from farnel website spoke to an indian guy (least sounded like indian) he then gave me a pass number to put into computer but to cut a long story short it was just another scam had to end up changing all my passwords for internet banking etc as a precaution they wanted to charge me more than the price of a new laptop said they would guarantee to get my cctv working but my instint was to leave well alone you should not be paying best part of £300 for help so beware of Farnels "help"

I am having exactly the same trouble and it looks to be the same as mine which is CnM H.264 I bought mine from CPC (FARNEL'S) THE O/S IS LINUX I set it up temp six months ago just to try it and now cannot get in just like you , there is plenty of help IF YOU CAN GET INTO THE SECOND SECTION but no help at all as yet to get past our problem If you know anyone who has a linux based computer they may be able to help but I have asked lots of "experts" and it seems to have got them beat if you do have any success please let me know and I will do the same I also understand if anyone has bought from Maplins they send there customers a program (though how they load it I have no idea) to rectify the problem so if you know any one who has bought this system from maplins you might borrow theres

Hi please bear with me I am a novice I have a CnM H.264 security system and have forgot my password and I cannot get past the log in page to do anything else not even the menu to alter anything like reset tools etc .Can anyone help /< I have taken out battery turned on and left on for 1 seconds (maybe a bit longer )with no effect
