    Newbie wiring of older system

I found this on the internet with old cameras, if it helps. Push type connectors, polarity independent, isolated from video output terminals

    Newbie wiring of older system

Thanks. The existing (old cameras) are Phillips Digital CCD camera Model LTC0355/20. The new ones I bought are Night Owl Hi Res bullet camers, with 900 TV lines. The power supply on new ones say DC 12V 110/220 volts. Wondering if I can use existing wire to just power the new ones.
  3. Hi, I bought a house with an old CCTV system. The cameras are Phillips, can get more info if that is needed. The problem is the new cameras I bought have the power going through an "RCA Jack" type power plug. The old outside cameras are hard wired to the camera. They have a black and a white wire on one the cameras power wire and a red and a green wire to the other. How to I hook that up to the new camera? I hope it is possible, because the one camera has the wiring going underground to the house. Thanks Mike
