  1. I found the solution! It is a software problem, and the keyword is Mobile Port or TCP Port. I use DVR viewer software called IMSeye (new) and the mobile port or TCP port of this software is the same with the default TCP port of my generic DVR, i.e. 8000 (Address: 192.168.1.88 and Port: 8000). It works great. For those who have similar problem please see the software list and the default mobile port or TCP port table as attached. Here is the reference: (http://www.meyetech.com/support/support96.html) -------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. If you have one DVR, if you know the default mobile port, but not know which app can work with your DVR, you could refer to this sheet. For example, the default mobile port is 34599, so you could use Vmeye or Vmeye+, ect. 2. If you know which app can work with your DVR, but not know what its default mobile port is, you could refer to this sheet as well, if you didn’t change it before. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for encouraging me to keep searching the solution.
  2. The network settings are in the following images. Is it the software problem or network problem?
  3. The DVR appearances in my Laptop can be seen in the following images.
  4. Unfortunately, my DVR is without both Manual and CD software. It is without a brand name so it is difficult to find the software on the Internet (please see the images attached):
  5. I am using modem router DLink DSL-2730E, H.264 Network DVR (no brand, possibly generic DVR). Internet works well, wifi is OK, DVR is working fine (plug and play in TV/computer monitor). I try to view my DVR via WIFI, and the issues/problems are: 1. I can access/view my DVR through my laptop using both LAN and Wifi in Internet Explorer only (Windows 7, after installing Active X). But I can't access it by using Firefox & Chrome in my laptop (except installing IE tab/add on). Here, I use IP DVR 192.168.1.88 (port 80). For laptop, to avoid IP conflict, I use 192.168.1.69 for LAN and 192.168.1.96 for Wifi. Thus, I can access DVR from both LAN and Wifi connection by typing 192.168.1.88 in my laptop's IE browser. 2. The problem is, I cannot view my DVR from Android by using WIFI, either from Android browser or from DVR viewer software such as EagleEyes, MeyePro HD, Zmodo, Webeye, LorexMobile, etc. Error message in Eagle eyes is The IP is not accessible [the IP of DVR]. In Zmode, the message is "..successfully connected" but with no image/streaming video. Other software, with no message and with no image/streaming. 3. I try to access from Lumia 820 with its Internet Explorer of Windows Phone or with DVR viewer software (using WIFI), but it also failed. To note, I try to use WIFI first because I cannot access the DVR from smartphones by using Internet/3G with port forwarding facility in DLink router (Port forwarding works well because I can access my laptop's localhost/xampp by using Android browser). Can you help me how to access my DVR from Android by using WIFI connection?
