I already have 12 cameras on the system and it works well. I added a 13th camera and went into the password settings and checked the new camera, logged out and restarted the system (several times). The camera will not appear in the monitor screen when one large view box and 12 small view boxes are the selected display. The 13th feed view gives me the geovision logo. When you click camera 13 to make it the main camera, it works and becomes the main camera. It also works on the 16 camera monitor display feature. I went back through to the camera install and "installed" it and have the same settings as the other 12, and the feed is visible in the camera settings box as well... Any thoughts?

My solution is more extreme. I had this happen to the 1240 card on a windows xp bare bones version and thought it was the machine, not the soft ware. I completely uninstalled and reinstalled the GV software. My guess is it was a glitchy install or it resets a default setting. I would try this as a last resort... Im actually about to do this again as I am having issues in the thread just below this one on getting the software to properly accept a new camera, and I am sure I have buggered up the settings....
