I want to install some cameras and a DVR in a rental house. The DRV must be Ethernet controllable and the video for each camera is to be Ethernet based. I keep finding recorders, but my google-fu is insufficient to find a completely digital recorder.
I would like a recorder that will record at a low rate, maybe one frame per second on each camera. Motion sense technology is very much preferred.
Please provide a company name or a dvr product name that I can search for.

Edit: Now that I have access, I learned that NVR is the TLA that I need. (Three Letter Acronym) Amazing what a little scrap of information can do.
Do any of the vendors have the ability to slow recording rate down to 1 frame per second?
