I bought a KR-7008V 8 channel DVR back in 2010 but haven’t used it for upwards of a year. I find upon trying to set it up again now that the system time, when set will roll forwards for thirty second and then revert to what it was set to, which in turn won’t allow the system to record for more than the thirty seconds (or until the system time is set anew and it will record for another thirty seconds and then the clock will revert again to the respective set time.
First line of trying to resolve this was to change the battery but it made no difference and I have no idea what is the matter or what else to try.
