  1. Yes you are right, "you get what you paid for." I siting here waiting my turn for tech support. We too had a power outage. The red HDD light not blinking and I can't manually get into the menu after following all their trouble shooting steps. So how the heck am I going to format the HDD? Lorex products truly suck.
