IVMS 4200 and viewing an IP camera / split problem

Seeking help here - ON IVMS 4200 I am trying to view several sources of cameras - analog and IP cameras. With some of the IP cameras they will not display on certain splits or layouts. Yet if I double click to fullscreen mode they stream fine. Any assistance appreciated!
