What do your think of ezwatch pro cards and software?

Hello Can anyone recommend video software that will monitor and area and detect motion then email the roam gaurd that motion has been detected in that monitored area. I have looked at Several products in the Thousands of dollars; while some of the stuff has other features it would seem that some makes a reliable software package that can do this.. Thanks for your help in advance
