    I've discovered the problem with the rebooting. I've set up second QT DVR and the second unit also reboots on its own. The Internet provider is AT&T Uverse and the DVR is set to DHCP enabled. The DVR does not like the AT&T DNS Server 68.94.156.1 which it gets from the Uverse router. By setting a static IP to the DVR and point the DNS server setting to an Open DNS server (I'm using Google 8.8.8. the DVR no longer reboots on its own. Seems the firmware in the QT model does not like the AT&T DNS server.

    Did you ever get this resolved? I'm setting up a QT5682 and have discovered that it constantly reboots as soon as I enable the DDNS. I've installed many QT and QC series and have never come across this before. I need to have the DDNS enabled.
