Hi, can someone help me with my problem I have an AVN363 IP camera and it is connected with an UTP cable but it loss the connection a few times per day. When it loss the connection then I have to restart the camera by switch off the power and switch it on again. Hope someone can and will help me to solve this problem. If you need more info please let me know

I try to contact many addresses but nobody from Avtech response to me so I try it here. I have a AVN362 camera which give a lot of noise at night and that give me over 1000 triggers each night At day time it works fine Does any know what it can be or does anyone know a contact address of Avtech to contact ?
