  1. OK, we've figured it with help of my ISP. They've got CPE which is Mikrotik and they've done the port redirection, public:8000->192.168.X.20:8000 public:8080->192.168.X.20:8080 public:554->192.168.X.20:554 I didn't understand what my ISP, but he wrote me back that they've opened range 61918-61925 on UDP to DST-PORT: 8080 and it all worked. Wha they told me these ports are used by the DVR to send back traffic. So they opened inbound ports on the the gateway interface itself. I saw similar threads with this problem.
  2. Hi, I have analogue cameras installed one trade center. Recenlty one of them started slowly to fade. Maybe before 2 weeks. Now it's very dark and I can't see nothing. What might be the cause? Thank you.
  3. Hi, I've got 34 analog cameras and 1 IP Full HD camera installed which are from TVT. There are also 4 cameras connected to a KGuard DVR and 6 IP Mobotix outdoor cameras. KGuard is watched through Windows XP virtual machine, Mobotix - from a web browser. TVT analogue cams are spreaded through 4 DVR's and I can watch them through NVMS-1000 software in our network. I must make a video wall for our security department to watch them all. What I'm planning is to build a computer with these specs and connect TV 40 inch for watching 35 cameras from TVT and 1 20 inch IIyama monitor on which they will keep an eye on the KGuard cameras. Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2 Core 2 Duo E8600 4GB DDR3 Nvidia Quadro NVS 295 or NVS 310 Will this be enough. Thank you.
  4. Actually I want just to watch remotely all those cameras, not recording them on this HDD. I may go with used SSD - for 50 Euro. I've checked with HP Pro 3120 - RAM is not really that important as CPU. Watching 31 cameras with E5400 - 1 IP Full HD, others from 3 connected DVRs results in CPU at 90 Percent and ram at half load.Network is at 16-20Mbps. So the same seller is offering me HP xw8400 with 8GB DDR2 FB-DIMM 2x Xeon E5130, 2x 73GB SAS 15k and Nvidia Quadro NVS 285 128MB/64bit. I don't know if this video card will be enough. If it's not - I'm going to buy for 50 Euro some old. Thank you.
  5. Hi, I've been given a task to install 100 IP Cameras in a large business center. From them 57 must be indoor and 43 must be indoor. So far I've chosen indoor - GEOVISION EDR2100-2F http://www.comelsoft.com/product/41563/geovision-edr2100-2f-ip-kamera-2-0-mpix-mini-fixed-rugged-dome-3-80-mm-obektiv-poe-h-264-wdr-outdoor.html#.VJ5luV4AA outdoor - GEOVISION GV-EBL2100-1F http://www.comelsoft.com/product/41560/geovision-gv-ebl2100-1f-ip-kamera-2-0-mpix-low-lux-wdr-target-ir-bullet-outdoor-ip67-ik10-zashtita-6-0-mm-obektiv-poe-h-264.html#.VJ5ltV4AA These are from local seller, from which we buy with discount. I plan running software Xeoma, because I've read better reviews for it and do it under Linux. Is there any better solution than this? Thank you.
  6. 512MB DDR3 is on NVS 310р nvs 450 has also the same. I read that this board supports 2x4GB DDR3 Samsung sticks, but I can't find them. For 40 euros I can buy Quadro NVS 450 - used here without warranty. I see used HP Pro 3120 with 4 GB RAM has Gigabyte Radeon 4650 which has 1GB and has VGA, DVI and HDMI. I think this will be the best solution. If there is some way to unite the KGuard DVR with those TVT and watch them in one software it will be very good. EDIT Local Seller is offering me HP Pro 3130: i3-550 4GB DDR3 500GB HDD
