My GV800 system has two (zoom only) Sony VISCA cameras connected in RS232 daisy chain fashion using com1 - camera1 is address 1 and camera2 is address 2. When I launch the 8.11 surveillance software, maximize the PTZ panel I have no zoom control on either camera until I initialize the address for each camera in the PTZ setup panel, then I have control of both cameras. What do I need to do to not have to initialize each camera with a system reboot? TIA
