It may have already been answered somewhere earlier in this thread, but here's how mine is set. I'm only sending email when there is a video signal loss, and not trying to send pics or anything, but it has sent me emails a couple times successfully with this setup.

Were you ever able to get this working in FF? Having the same problem and I don't see an answer to your question.

Just got my hard drive tonight and had no problem setting up motion detection with a couple of Escams (two different models) without loading any updates. When the camera's are recording there will be a little red recording icon on the bottom right of the camera recording, and then in the playback screen you need to select a camera and maybe click the "search" button. I've attached a couple screenshots from my camera config.

Q1. Do you mean to stream the camera video to NVR? display the camera video on NVR with the camera's RTSP link? Q2. or do you mean to use NVR's RTSP link to view image online? A1. Ask your IP camera supplier for the RTSP link of your camera, select the camera channel in NVR, select RTSP protocol, add the information in NVR (camera must be H.264 one, MJPEG 4 is not supported by our NVR) A2. I thought I have posted an answer of it before? sorry don't remember it but our NVR does not support to view via RTSP steam yet. Yes, option two is what I'm looking for. Since it was included in the setup/configuration I assumed it was available. Thank you for clearing it up, and hopefully it can get included at some point.

Somebody asked a while back, and I don't see the answer posted anywhere, so I'll ask again: Does anybody know the rtsp link to steam from the NVR? The port is listed in settings, but I haven't been able to find a link that works.

I was hoping Mike could weigh in real quick on any differences in the 9ch and 16ch available at http://www.aliexpress.com/store/group/MINI-NVR-2/1329209_257885487.html versus the basic 8ch available everywhere. Do they use the same firmware? Do they have faster CPUs? More RAM? Faster network? As someone just getting in to this I really appreciate all the time and comments already put in by y'all " title="Applause" />
