Hi,
I have a setup with 10 cameras connected to a KPD679H DVR with the latest firmware from the AVTECH website. Officially, AVTECH publish that 10 online users can be connected to the device to view video. The firmware on my device is restricting only to 5. It is grayed out and cannot be changed. Since it is important that we have at least 8 users online, this problems makes this DVR useless.
Is there any way of changing that? AVTECH support is not responding.
I should mention that it was bought in Austria.
