Hi all, I purchased this box some years ago and it is running firmware verson 1044-1015-1020-1017. Just recently, on windows 7 machines running ie11, when i go onto playback, i get a black screen telling me to "click to download VLC plugin." I have done this on both win7 machines yet it still prompts me. It also does the same thing on Samsung notepad. However, my vista machine works fine (ie9); can anyone help please? Ivan

yes, still nothing. Although this morning my PC upgraded JAVA and now i've lost the menus!
