Pixalating picture on my jvc dome

Hi I have 4 cameras in total but only the ptz one is affected with this pixal problem. I tried a direct connect with TV but still the same. The lense is clean and unmarked i am wondering if there is contamination on the sensor ? dust or condensation... other than the pixal problem the unit works well

  13. Hi Please could anyone help me with wiring up my JVC TK-C675E ptz dome to my X-Vision pcdvr card ? The dvr card has ptz function and pelco protocol, The dome has bare end fly lead 7 cables plus coax there is a brown, blue and earth (green n yellow) then red =TX+ ,orange = TX- ,yellow = RX+ and green = RX- plus the coax I assume i need a RS232 to RS485 to attach to my pc to control the PTZ part and I just need to conect the coax to the DVR card I allso assume i just get a 24v 1.6a supply to run the power is there anything i need to bridge the gap between the camera and the pc ? easy on the tech talk as I am new to this lol cheers steve
