can somebody help me please !!!! I have just installed the floureon h.264 4 ch system everything was fine and working until the client changed the user. The new 'user' only gives us certain options available in the settings the rest are greyed over ? is there something we can do or maybe a factory reset ? how do we do this too ? be much appreciated if someone can help thanks
