which DVR would you suggest?

We have existing cameras at my work. The old VHS machine and monitor we were using went bad and I need to find a replacement. I would like to find a DVR with 500 mg recording storage, motion activated recording, and plug and play strait to a monitor (remote viewing over the internet or other devises NOTE REQUIRED). Could anyone suggest a good reliable 4 channel DVR with a price point under $200? I was looking at the Zmodo ZMD-DD-SAN8-1TB 8CH H.264 CIF Real Time DVR with Preinstalled 1TB HD
