    Dark Camera Image

    I just bought a QTH162-9DB-2 QSEE system and one problem the cameras are having is that it seems like they dont transition very well from low light levels to full sun. The image will darken and will stay that way until i either unplug the camera and switch to another power supply or unplug and plug back in. The left image is good but the right is dark. Any ideas?

    I have an HD SDI camera system. I am in the process of installing cameras right now and some of the cable is not long enough to reach where i want the cameras. I was wondering if i can extend the cables i have by attaching 2 cables together using a female inline connector. Is that ok to do or will it degrade the signal. I have 100 foot and i need another 20 ft. I want to be able to buy a 20 foot cable and just attach it to the 100 foot cable. I cant find much info about this on the net so maybe someone here knows!

    I have installed the Q-see qt718 system in my house. I cannot get remote viewing to work. I Have all the network settings correct and port 85 and 6036 are open according to canyouseeme.org. The problem is when i create a domain with the myq-see website. For some reason when i put the settings from the myq-see domain into the DVR, it doesnt recognize the user name the password or the domain. Furthermore, after that happens i try to log into myqsee website with the newly created account and no record of the account exists. I notice that when the DVR has the domain settings, i will not be able to logon to the myqsee site. I created 2 accounts on the site and whenever i have those account settings in the DVR i cannot logon to the website. Once i delete the settings out of the DVR i am able to log back into myqsee. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? What am i doing wrong? I tried to logon to remote viewing through my android phone and it doesnt recognize the user name or password.
