Playback is the same, like live video. System records 25 fps each camera, then, after specified time, reduces it to 2 fps automaticaly. Just turn back playback JOG/Shutle ring on Joystick cotroler. Reverse playback starts instantly. Playbazk speed depends on ring turning angle. -

One of solutions: http://www.boschsecurity.com/ipnetworkvideo/en/start/index.htm you can use encoders on each camera, record MPEG streams, and get second stream via decoders to the analog coax. Or Axis: http://www.axis.com/products/video/about_networkvideo/index.htm -

Type of Camera To Capture Faces at Main Door???
shropna replied to pcmate's topic in Installation Help and Accessories
And dont forget about shuter speed. When peapole moves, better use shuter speed about 1/100 1/250. You can use flickerless mode on camera, manual shuter. High end Bosh camers have function "Default shutter" It means, camera hold defined shutter speed as long, as it possible. First use AGC, then- slower shutter speed. Nice function. -

It is a power distribution stations around our country. At ech small station are 2 Domes and encoders. 5 viewing locations in different cities. 2 recording centers. Benefits: Good qulity. Real time recording. Small latency. Instant playback. With Spectra domes- 10 alarm inputs per encoder (7 on dome, 3 on encider) -

Pelco Spectra III and KBD4000
shropna replied to homer3's topic in Installation Help and Accessories
Pelco use Coaxitron protocol. No control cables. Dome control is transmitting over same video cable to dome. But RG58 cable is 50oms. You must use RG 59 cable. Server not neccesary. -
Mayby Pelco DX8000 series helps you http://www.pelco.com/products/controlsite/videorecorders/digitalvideo.aspx
