    Stand alone Ptz ip camera

The business mine came from is at http://www.ptzipcamera.org/ Yes it does come with a cd with software but that too didn't work. I asked them to email me a copy of what is on the cd. The software is called NVS Centre which stands for network video centre. I see they are selling on eBay too now. Use caution my friend as they proved to me their after sales help is not worth the effort.

    Stand alone Ptz ip camera

Is there anyone able to save me a complete head of grey hairs and help me sleep again? This camera is a 19 month saga. Purchased from going.cz via Ali express. Camera arrived. Many nights days weekends trying to get it to work. Contacted going, and after a few stern legal threats their support tried remote access and advised the camera is faulty. Ok so it was up to me to pay $88 to send it back. After 2 months they advised they send postage to send the camera back. Grrrr!!! Got it back. Boots up correctly now, have it working on the wifi but only internally. I can see it on a laptop which is wireless as is the camer. I can see it in the router and think I have port forwarding set up correctly to dyndns.org. This is seperate to another cctv Dvr which has cameras connected to it. Our internet is cable with a dynamic ip hence the dyndns and port forwarding. The instruction manual is a little crappy and not 100% identical to the software but very similar. I want to be able to view the camera from outside the network, such as on an iPhone, as I can with the other system but just can't get through for some stupid reason. So far had 2 commercial it techs and 2 wanna be techs try. This damn thing cost $800 initially, and to date we are up to $1188 so it very close to becoming a damn expensive anchor!
