Cantek CTW-NVR7832 32Ch HD 2U Network Video Recorder

Dear members ... i had purchased this DVR from 123securityproduct.com and in the specifications, it shows that its compatible with vivotek ip cameras. Had attempted 5 times now to pull up the cameras at my office and it seems like nothing is working. Need to know if someone is having the same issues or is this just a ****ty dvr.
