Hello everybody. I have been in cctv for about 6 years. Last year I had a stroke and have not been able to do the work myself. I came into some money and set up a call center in basement. Nothing big just 2 girls calling lists from a service that I pay for. The problem is we are setting maybe three-four appointments a week. And they are not being realized in sales. Do I have to change script or employees at this time. I get word of mouth deals but that doesn't put butter on the bread. How do you guys get your deals.
