lost

hello, i am having trouble getting my security system to connect to my phone as well as my computer. i have a first alert h.264 /dc4405-420. i has four channels and 4 wires. i have been at this all day, and i have no idea what to do. i have installed the multi-client as well and meye on my phone. the system is connected to the router directly, as well as the computer. much help would be appreciated.
