You probably bought it from Aliexpress (with a Chinese firmware). Always order English firmware if you need that! It is not easy to change from Chinese to English Easy is to pay a fee for the 'CBX's region code changer'. Use Google or read cam-it forum to find how. Or do it yourself (difficult) as shown on Youtube:
