    guys i need help for my ip camera wont using ezviz using mobile and desktop viewing after i add the camera (cam model DS 2CD2132FI) on my account in ezviz when i try to view the live streaming it will stock on 90 percent with label NETWORK NOT STABLE PLEASE WAIT. but my network is stable i can view the cam using local ip on IE browser i can also ping the ip of ipcam REFERRING THE PICTURE BELOW in attachment hope you can help me with this
