its the setting on your PC what are you running on the PC? you will need most likely to make the address a safe site on your security settings on explorer and add to the compatability settings. you probably getting connected but you security settings are blocking the stream. hope this helps Andy

HI I have a Salva H264 unit originally bought from KMS Components in the UK (now gone bust) I have lost the admin password to log in to the unit does anyone know how to default the DVR on boot up as I have tried all the obvious stuff like removing the hard drive and internal battery. There must be something we can do on start up. Also does anyone know who the manufacturer of the product maybe I can contact them. Many Thanks Andy
