    I have the same problem with a chinees ip cam, same firmware.. Can not connect it with anything else than the CMS software... I hate the cam!! waste of money! Onvif is NOT working. It uses a incompatible quicktime protocol. Green screen.. If someone can help me with this I would be very happy!
