    I have a new Sannce 8CH system and most everything is working fine. I can view live from IPhone or Ipad. What I can't get to work is the email notifications. I keep getting an error "USERNAME ERROR". I have my email setup on several devices and I am sure of the outgoing server and port. Anyone else have a similar issue?

    I am using my email as username "dwise1@ix.netcom.com".. checked with my ISP and that is how my email is set up.
