Hi there guys!
Im not sure if this is the right section....but here i go..
So i installed a cctv system at a client and all was working pretty well...
The client phoned today to say she needs footage of a certain date witch was 2 weeks ago...
For some reason this system says there is "no files" or something like that....
It will only let me see the footage of 30 April till today....
But i need the footage of the 24 April and 29 April.... But the system says there is no files..
Can anyone please assist me in this matter?
Can i insert the HDD to my computer?
What should i do?
