    NVSIP 32 bit browser?

    I have recently purchased and installed a CCTV system. I am trying to set up remote viewing via NVSIP. It wants me to use 32 bit IE. I am running Windows 7 and have tried to access the 32 bit browser via C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Internet Explorer However, when I load NVSIP it still asks me to use the 32 bit IE explorer? How can I access this please? Many Thanks...
