    Hi All, i have a hikvision DS-7816HW-SH from china, i have tried updating firmware 3.02, it would not upgrade, but when i click the reboot button from the GUI over the web platform, would not start anymore, and tried plugging thru vga monitor, no image as well. Please for your assistance. Thank you
