Hello, I am new to the board and can not locate a answer.
Issue: I have a Turret camera link here: http://www.adt-matrix.com/products/cameras/fixed-domes/ctrt7212w that i had during my time with ADT-Pulse. I am now wanting to access just strictly the camera. I hooked up the converter to my modem and logged into retrieve the IP. However a software seems to pop up saying video server and on the left is has two panels View footage, administration. None of the regular admin admin or no password works. ADT matrix, ADT, Tyco, no one is familiar with this and can not help me. Any suggestions and or help?
