  4. Hi all, im in need of help and not sure what to try next. I have just installed my first CCTV system a HIKVision 7608 with 3 Hikvision cams and 1 dahua cam, all looks good the camera's all come up on the monitor connected to the NVR by HDMI and look sharp and clear. NVR is recording fine the last thing i want to do is get the IVMS-4500 app running on my iPhone for remote access and viewing. its got me beat, I can log in and read the camera names, but i have no video stream, I have double checked that ports 80,554,8000 are open and accessible pointed from the router to the NVR but nothing, if i log onto a web address page that i have pointed to port 80 on my NVR it takes me to the login screen of the nvr. log in and go to live view, black screen on that as well, even downloaded the plugin again and re-installed but no live view. have checked the nvr management page and all the ports are still at factory default 80,554,8000. just do not know were to go from here. any help appreciated. Regards Wayne
