FiveJ

I have a system that has several HD3MDIP cameras on it. I recently found that the HD3MDIP camera was discontinued and was told that the HD3MDIH replaced it. Well, I can't get the HD3MDIH unit online. It continues to show error on the enterprise DVR. I did notice that the "P" unit uses a different login than the "H" unit and there is no way to make them the same. Could this be my problem? I am stumped! Any help is appreciated.
